See also: a lounge and cocktail bar — with private bourbon lockers — and a greenscaped rooftop terrace for major city views. Projected completion date: June 2022
NuLu Crossing, 700 E. Main St. Price: $78 million Campisano Capital is a development group to watch with multiple NuLu-based projects in the works, but this one will occupy 2.5 acres. NuLu Crossing will boast 107,000-sqft of office space, a local grocery store, 125 apartment units, a fitness studio, retail center + a 415-car parking garage. Projected completion date: 2023 
Angel’s Envy’s expansion will create 20 new jobs. | Rendering by Joseph & Joseph + Bravura Architects Angel’s Envy Distillery expansion, 500 E. Main St. Price: $8.2 million This project will add 13,000-sqft to the brand’s Downtown home. A new event space, bar, and tasting rooms + expanded retail space is expected to increase guest capacity by 64,000. Projected completion date: Spring 2022
Derby City Gaming Downtown, 140 S. Fourth St. Price: $80 million This 43,000-sqft gaming center will include 500 historical horse racing machines, a fresh-air gaming area, a 200-space parking lot, multiple bar options — including a wine and charcuterie lounge — a bourbon library + retail store. Projected completion date: Mid-2023
Urban Government Center redevelopment, 810 Barret Ave. Price: N/A The Paristown Preservation Trust is the latest developer to try its hand at re-imagining this long-empty property. Its vision includes tearing down the current buildings and constructing apartments, office and retail space, a boutique hotel, a conference center + parking. Projected completion date: N/A
